For the purposes provided for in the European Data Protection Regulation EU 2016/679, of April 27 (GDPR), in Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD) and the rest of the current national regulations, CIRCUS MEMBERS CLUB S.L. informs you that it fully complies with current legislation on the protection of personal data, and with the confidentiality commitments inherent to its activity.
CIRCUS MEMBERS CLUB S.L. informs you of the existence of an information processing system, owned by CIRCUS MEMBERS CLUB S.L., for the purposes of management, communication and information. This system is described in the corresponding Register of Processing Activities, which the user can access to check the status of their data.

CV SUBMISSION:
In the event that the user submits their CV through our website or social networks, we inform you that the data provided will be processed to make you participate in the selection processes that may exist in the entity, carrying out an analysis of the applicant's profile with the aim of selecting the best candidate for the vacant position of the controller.
The data will be kept for a maximum period of 2 years, after which it will be deleted, guaranteeing total respect for confidentiality in both the processing and subsequent destruction. In this regard, after the aforementioned period, if you wish to continue participating in the controller's selection processes, please send us your CV again. In case of any modification in the data, please notify us in writing as soon as possible, in order to keep your data duly updated.
The data may be processed and/or communicated to the companies belonging to our group during the time your CV is kept and for the same purposes as mentioned above.
CONFIDENTIALITY AND PROFESSIONAL SECRECY:
The data collected in all private communications between CIRCUS MEMBERS CLUB S.L. and clients or users will be treated with absolute confidentiality, with CIRCUS MEMBERS CLUB S.L. committing to the duty of secrecy regarding personal data, to keep them and adopt all necessary measures to prevent their alteration, loss, unauthorized processing or access, in accordance with current regulations.

CHANGES IN SECURITY AND DATA PROTECTION POLICY:
CIRCUS MEMBERS CLUB S.L. reserves the right to modify its security and data protection policy in order to adapt it to legislative or jurisprudential developments, as well as those derived from existing codes in the matter, or strategic corporate decisions, with effects from the date of publication of said modification on the CIRCUS MEMBERS CLUB S.L. website.
